'This is one of the most idyllic places I have stayed.

The retreat is gorgeous inside and out with so much attention to detail with lovely little touches. Very spacious inside with lovely comfy bed. And I would never tire of opening the door in the morning to the amazing views. Rolling countryside with loads of your own private space to sit in.

We only ate out the first night as didn't want to miss this wonderful space the rest of the time. I loved the horse box toilet and shower room - what a great idea. Loved showering listening to the sheep.

Nice olde world pub just down the hill - very good Sunday roast.
