No booking is firm until the deposit has been received and only confirmed when a confirmation email is received from the owner. The full balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, or at the owner’s discretion.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the booked period will incur liability for the full amount; guests are advised to consider holiday insurance.
.. in our Shepherd's Hut and want you to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. Access to the Shepherd’s Hut is via a field which is accessible by a vehicle. There are 5 steps to access the Hut which may be a problem for people with limited mobility. There is one step into the adjacent Horse Box bathroom.
Arrival time is after 3pm (please confirm approximate time of arrival nearer time)
Departure time is no later than 10am please. This enables ample time for cleaning and any maintenance which may be needed. Please leave the Shepherd's Retreat and contents clean and tidy by the requested time of departure. Guests will be liable for any losses, damage or extra cleaning.

Stayed here for a couple of nights as we wanted somewhere quiet to relax, and this hut was perfect. It was a lovely space with great views. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get-away
